Terms of Use

1. Nature of the service

Miga-Photobook is an Egyptian digital service that turns personal photos into professional studio-style images using AI. The available services include:

• Photo transformation: you upload your photo, choose a style, and the site automatically generates the result and delivers it to you on the site.
• Photo packages: a fixed credit of transformations, consumed on the products you choose.
• Monthly subscription: a photo credit that renews monthly. Renewal is entirely manual and no payment method is ever charged automatically; you're reminded ahead of time and you decide for yourself whether to renew.
• Prompt library: purchasing the professional prompt text on its own, to use with the AI tools of your choice, without transforming a photo.

2. Eligibility and image usage conditions

By using the site, you confirm that:

• You have reached the legal age to enter into this agreement, or you are using the site under a parent or guardian's supervision.
• You legally own any photo you upload, or you are the parent or legal guardian of the person shown in it.
• You will not upload a photo of another person without their explicit permission, and that uploading a photo of a child means you confirm you are their legal guardian and are consenting on their behalf.
• You alone are responsible for any content you upload or create through the site.

Uploading photos containing unlawful, offensive, or indecent content, or photos that impersonate someone else for the purpose of deception, is prohibited. The site reserves the right to refuse to fulfill any order or to remove any content suspected of violating these terms, with a refund of the order's value in that case.

3. Pricing and payment

• Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds and include any fees charged by the site, and are subject to change at any time. The price applied is the price shown at the time the order is completed.
• Payment is currently made via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash, and you're asked to record the transaction reference number.
• Review is manual: the transfer is verified manually before the order is approved, which usually takes a few minutes.
• Entering an incorrect or mismatched transaction number may delay processing your order or lead to its rejection.
• Launch offers and promotional prices are temporary and may end without prior notice.

4. Delivery

Once payment is approved, you upload your photo on the site and the result is delivered directly to you on the page within minutes. The result remains available for you to download using your order code.

Each individual order is used to generate one result for the product it was purchased for. Package orders are drawn from their credit according to how many transformations are used, and re-requesting a product already generated within the same package returns your saved result without deducting new credit.

5. Result quality and satisfaction guarantee

The AI result is affected by several factors, most importantly the clarity, lighting, and angle of the original photo. Because we consider your satisfaction part of the service itself:

• If you're not happy with the result, contact us and we'll regenerate it with a different prompt at no extra cost, with no limit on the number of attempts, until you're satisfied.
• Regeneration is never deducted from your package or subscription credit.

6. Rights to the resulting image

• The resulting image is licensed to you for personal use: posting on your own accounts, printing, or using as a personal photo.
• Commercial use (resale, paid advertising, client projects) requires contacting us in advance to obtain an appropriate license.
• A light watermark for the site is added to the resulting image.

7. Prompt rights

Prompt texts sold through the site are licensed for personal use only. They may not be resold, published, or distributed as-is as a standalone product, whether for free or for payment, without prior written permission.

8. Processing by third parties

When you use the photo transformation feature, your photo is sent over an encrypted connection to a third-party AI image generation provider to carry out the technical processing. Details are explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

The site and its services are provided "as is" without express or implied warranties as to the fitness of the artistic result for a particular purpose. The site is not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the generated content.
• Service interruptions or technical failures beyond our control, including failures of hosting or AI service providers.
• Any use you make of the resulting image that violates the law or the rights of others.

In all cases, the site's liability to you shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the order in dispute.

10. Suspension of service

The site may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms, attempt to misuse the system, or use order codes that don't belong to you.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be amended at any time, and the last-updated date is shown at the top of the page. Orders placed before an amendment are governed by the terms in effect at the time they were placed.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
