1. Data we collect

• Order data: your mobile number, the payment method used, the transfer reference number, and your order code.
• Account data (optional): your name, email, and phone number, if you create an account on the site.
• The uploaded photo: collected only when you use the photo transformation feature, and solely to fulfill your order.
• Display preferences: language, theme, and view mode — stored locally in your browser only and never reach our servers.
• Aggregate visit data: number of visits, pages visited, and approximate country, for statistical purposes.

We never request or store bank card numbers or sensitive payment data on our servers.

2. How your uploaded photo is processed

This is the most important point in this policy, and we explain it with complete transparency:

The third-party provider is used for one purpose only — fulfilling your order — and is subject to its own privacy policy. Your photo is never used to train models of our own, and is never sold or shared for any marketing purpose.

3. The resulting image and how long it's kept

• The resulting image is stored on the site's cloud storage servers and linked to your order code.
• It's kept so you can download it again at any time using your order code, and to resolve any later dispute about how the order was fulfilled.
• There is no automatic deletion after a fixed period: the result remains stored as long as your account or order exists.
• You can request deletion of your resulting image at any time through the contact details at the bottom of this page, mentioning your order code, and deletion is carried out within a maximum of 7 business days.

4. Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children and we do not collect their data directly. When a photo of a child is uploaded, the adult user confirms they are the parent or legal guardian, and is granting consent on the child's behalf to process the photo under this policy. If we learn that a child's photo was uploaded without their guardian's consent, we remove it as soon as we're notified.

5. Analytics and measurement tools

The site uses third-party tools to measure performance and understand visitor behavior in aggregate:

• Google Analytics — visit and page statistics.
• Meta Pixel — measuring ad performance on Facebook and Instagram.

These tools may use cookies and anonymous identifiers. They never receive your uploaded photos or your payment data. You can disable them through your browser settings or tracking-blocking tools.

6. Where your data is stored

Order, product, and resulting-image data is stored on the cloud infrastructure of the hosting provider used to run the site, whose servers may be geographically distributed. Your personal preferences (language, theme, view mode, and favorites) are stored locally in your browser only.

7. Data sharing

We never sell your data or your photos to anyone. Sharing is limited to:

• The AI image generation provider — the uploaded photo only, and only to fulfill your order.
• The cloud hosting provider — to run the site and store order data.
• The analytics tools mentioned above — aggregate browsing data only.
• Official authorities — if required by a binding legal order.

8. Your rights

• Access: you can request to know what data is stored about your orders.
• Deletion: you can request deletion of your resulting images and order data.
• Correction: you can request correction of any inaccurate data.

9. Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. The admin panel is protected by a password and time-limited sessions. That said, no system on the internet can guarantee absolute security, and we make a reasonable effort to protect your data.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time, and the last-updated date is always shown at the top of the page. If we make a material change to how we handle your photos, it will be clearly noted on the site.
